SHIPPING

Products that are available in the warehouse will generally be delivered as soon as possible, and in any case, approximately:

• In Italy, within 3 business days from receipt of payment.
• In EU countries other than Italy and in Other Countries, within 5 business days from receipt of payment.

Delivery will be made from Monday to Friday during business hours via a specialized courier, with appropriate packaging to the address provided by the Customer. The delivery times indicated above apply to products available in our warehouses and are not binding for Shoe Manufacture Srl, which may later confirm or modify them depending on its needs.

Upon receiving the Products, the recipient must check that the Products correspond, including the quantity, to those ordered. If the delivered Products do not match the ordered Products, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal. The shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the goods, or the weight/volume ratio, and the delivery location, according to agreements made with the courier handling the delivery and clearly indicated to the Customer both during the purchase of the Products and in subsequent confirmation messages. Upon arrival of the goods, Customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing to acknowledge receipt of the shipment. The packages are carefully packed. If, for any reason, the package appears tampered with, Customers are asked to sign the receipt with a reservation or refuse the delivery. If the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are asked to immediately contact the courier.

Shoe Manufacture Srl is not responsible for any loss or theft/damage to the shipments or their contents if the package was accepted without reservation. If, for any reason, the shipment fails to be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package may be returned to the sender. These amounts will be deducted from any refund owed to the Customer. Shipments are insured, but this coverage expires upon delivery.

For non-EU countries, customs duties and administrative fees may apply, which are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and may vary at the discretion of customs. These charges are not managed by Shoe Manufacture Srl and will be billed directly by the Customs Authorities of the country to which the ordered products are shipped.
