A. TERMS OF SALE

The conditions in force at the time of purchase will apply to each relevant sales agreement.

B. SALE TERMS
DESCRIPTION AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICE FOR THE SALE OF THE PRODUCTS

The service for the sale of products on the website involves registration, access to choices, selection of products, online transmission of the purchase order, and, if accepted, online acceptance of the purchase order.

REGISTRATION

PURCHASE ORDER

Each purchase order sent to Shoe Manufacture Srl must clearly specify the product code, description, quantity, and the name and address of the recipient. The ordering procedure on the website gives the Customer the option to identify and correct any input errors before submitting the purchase order. Purchase orders submitted by Customers are binding proposals for the Customer. In confirmation of receipt of the order, Shoe Manufacture Srl will send a summary email to the email address provided during registration. This email is for informational purposes only and does not constitute acceptance of the order by Shoe Manufacture Srl.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE PURCHASE ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF THE SALES CONTRACT

Shoe Manufacture Srl reserves the right, at its discretion, to accept or reject purchase orders submitted by Customers. Shoe Manufacture Srl undertakes to process the Customer's order (or inform of any possible issues) promptly and in any case within 7 days from the day following the date the Customer submits the order. It is agreed that the processing of the order is subject to the actual availability of the product. In the event the product is unavailable and/or if Shoe Manufacture Srl rejects the order, Shoe Manufacture Srl will promptly inform the Customer and refund any amounts paid. In such a case, the Customer will not be entitled to further compensation or reimbursement. Orders placed by individuals who are not of legal age will not be accepted.

STORAGE OF THE SALES CONTRACT

The sales contract will be archived on the website. The Customer can access it at any time by following the viewing procedure provided by the website.

PRODUCT FEATURES

The products are displayed in the online catalog as realistically as possible. The images are provided for general informational purposes and may not be exactly identical to the actual product. The products shown in the online catalog can be purchased until stocks run out, subject to Shoe Manufacture Srl's right to discontinue the availability of any product at any time and/or modify its features. C. PRODUCT PRICES AND CURRENCY

VAT rates are calculated based on the type of product (if applicable). Prices exclude transportation and delivery costs. All costs mentioned above (delivery and/or special packaging/wrapping) that are not included in the price of the products listed on the website will be specified separately in the order summary and confirmed in the order acceptance email sent to the Customer by Shoe Manufacture Srl.

Furthermore, for deliveries to countries outside the EU, including Campione d'Italia, Livigno, Channel Islands, and Canary Islands, the product prices listed on the website are always to be considered excluding:

  • Any applicable sales taxes and/or duties.
  • Any customs taxes and/or duties.
  • Any additional taxes and/or charges related to the delivery of the ordered products. The Customer is responsible for paying all applicable taxes and customs duties in the country to which the ordered products are delivered. All costs and additional expenses related to the clearance of delivered products will be the sole responsibility of the delivery recipient. The published prices and final invoices are in Euros or in another currency based on our price list for the shipping country. The amounts actually charged to the credit card and PayPal may vary based on currency fluctuations and banking fees. D. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

At the time of placing the purchase order, customers are required to make payments by credit card using the Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro networks online. During the submission process, customers will be prompted to provide their credit card details, and the corresponding amount will be charged only once the order is completed. The credit card information provided during the purchase order is securely transmitted to the PayPal and Shopify Payments servers, which process credit card payments on behalf of Shoe Manufacture Srl and protect against unauthorized access. Shoe Manufacture Srl and third parties will not have access to this information. Once the payment is confirmed, Shoe Manufacture Srl will proceed with the preparation and processing of the purchase order. Credit Card Security:

Customers are guaranteed maximum security for their purchases as all transactions are processed by PayPal and Shopify Payments. Customer service operators are not authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and/or validity details.

PAYMENT VIA VERIFIED PAYPAL ACCOUNT:

Customers who choose to pay via PayPal can make payments directly from their verified PayPal account. We only accept PayPal payments from verified accounts and reserve the right to ship goods exclusively to the address specified on the verified PayPal account. By choosing to pay in 3 installments, payments will be automatically charged to the selected card according to the due dates indicated in the payment plan. However, you can settle the installments early at any time. If you choose to pay after 30 days, simply log into the app to make the payment. The first installment will be charged when the order is confirmed by the merchant, and the 2nd and 3rd installments will be scheduled for 30 and 60 days later, respectively. E. RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL

Customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The customer must follow the return authorization request procedure specified in the "My Account" section. The return must be made according to our procedure and via DHL Express courier. The pickup can be booked by calling DHL Express customer service. The goods must be sent to the following address: Shoe Manufacture Srl, Via Colonnello Varisco nr. 22 - 35010 Vigonza (PD). The customer must return, at their own risk, the purchased items in their original and complete condition (including original packaging), within 14 days of receiving the purchased products. For the purpose of calculating the expiration of the above 14 days, the products are considered returned at the time of delivery to the courier. The right of withdrawal may be exercised for all purchased products and cannot be exercised only in relation to part of the ordered goods.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • The items must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • The returned items must be in the same condition as when they were sent, neatly packed, and complete with all original tags, extra buttons, dust bags, etc. Shoes and other accessories sent with original boxes must be returned in these boxes, which must not be used, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • In the case of defective or incorrect goods, customers must follow the instructions above. Shoe Manufacture Srl reserves the right to request photographic support for defective or incorrect goods before authorizing a return for a full refund of shipping costs.
  • All returned goods are subject to inspection upon entry and must meet the parameters listed in the return policy.
  • Shoe Manufacture Srl reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns not shipped with DHL Express couriers without prior authorization from customer service. Authorization must be requested via email to customer service.
  • All returns authorized with Shoe Manufacture Srl's courier account numbers must originate from the same country as the original shipment.
  • Returned items must be delivered to the courier ready for pickup in order to limit potential damage to the goods.

After verifying the product's integrity (as outlined in the Terms and Conditions), the amount paid for the item(s) will be refunded, while the shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will be retained by Shoe Manufacture Srl.

Manufacture Srl will return the product to the customer, at the customer’s risk and expense; the customer must also contact the organization for the return of the goods. If the products are damaged during transport back to Shoe Manufacture Srl, the customer will be notified of any reported damages no later than the second working day from receipt of the products, to allow the customer to inform the courier and exercise their rights with the courier. At the same time, the damaged products will be returned to the customer, at their risk and expense. If the withdrawal is exercised in accordance with current regulations, Shoe Manufacture Srl will refund the amounts paid by the customer. The refund will be processed free of charge as quickly as possible and, in any case, within fourteen days from the date Shoe Manufacture Srl is informed of the customer’s exercise of their right of withdrawal.

Shoe Manufacture Srl will not notify the receipt of the delivery to its warehouse. Customers can verify the delivery with the courier responsible for the return shipment. The customer will receive an automatic email notification from our bank confirming the refund of the payment by Shoe Manufacture Srl within the 14-day period.

Shoe Manufacture Srl is not responsible for the time required to process the payment refund, which is entirely regulated by the credit card issuers used.
