YOUR ORDER IN A FEW STEPS
Every single order on MRP Star is characterized by standard processes:
- A. Choose your article.
- B. Make payment by credit card or PayPal account.
- C. If your payment is successful, you will immediately see the page ORDER CONFIRMED.
- D. You will receive an authomatic order confirmation email with a summary of the products purchased and some other useful information.
- E. The order will be processed by our stockhouses (in case of problems, you will be promptly contacted by our Customer Service.)
- F. When our couriers BRT/GLS take over your order, you will receive an authomatic email where you will find your TRACKING NUMBER and a referral link where you can follow it directly on the official website of the courier. We remind you that the link will only be valid from 00:00 hours on the day following receipt of the email address.
- G. If you want you can follow your order directly on the website in the orders' history, clicking on the Tracking Number link.

REQUEST A RETURN
ATTENTION
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. The return is your right and will always be accepted if you follow the steps below.
The shipping costs for returning the item will be covered by us only if you wish to exchange it for a different size. Returns sent back using procedures or couriers different from those we indicate will not be accepted
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
You can manage your return request directly from the ORDER HISTORY section of the website by logging in. If you don’t remember your login credentials, you can request them again. If you made a purchase without registering, you can still request your return from the RETURN REQUEST section of the site. Enter the required information and follow the instructions.
RETURN SHIPPING PROCEDURE
- A. Enter the ORDER HISTORY section and click the "REQUEST RETURN" button next to the order you placed. (Note: the "REQUEST RETURN" button usually appears 3 days after the order and automatically disappears after the 14-day return period.).
- B. Select the items you wish to return and complete the procedure.
- C. After confirming your return request, you will receive an automatic confirmation EMAIL.
- D. Within 48 hours, you will receive instructions to process the return. At the time of verifying the integrity of the product (as per General Conditions of Contract), the cost of the item(s) will be refunded, while the shipping costs incurred for the order will be retained by Shoe Manufacture Srl.
