What are the delivery times? In Italy, delivery takes place within 3 business days. In the remaining European Union countries, delivery is estimated within 5 business days.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping to Italy costs €4.90, while the rate for European Union (EU) countries is €9.90.

How many days do I have to decide? You can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive the package.

Is the return free? Yes, the return is completely free of charge, provided that our official guided procedure is followed.

What will be refunded? You will receive a refund for the price of the item only. Shipping costs incurred for the initial order are non-refundable.

Do you provide a return label? Yes, we will provide you with the official return label for the return shipment.

SHIPPING

📦 Detailed Shipping Guide

MRP Star shipments are processed from Monday to Friday. We deliver to Italy and Europe (EU) via tracked express courier. As soon as the package leaves our warehouses, you will receive an email containing the tracking link to monitor the delivery status in real time.


Products available in stock will normally be delivered in the shortest time possible and, as an indication:

  • In Italy: within 3 business days from receipt of payment.
  • In EU countries other than Italy and in other countries: within 5 business days from receipt of payment.

Delivery will be made from Monday to Friday during working hours, by a specialized courier, in suitable packaging to the address specified by the Customer. The delivery times indicated above refer to products available in our warehouses and are to be considered non-binding for Shoe Manufacture Srl, which may subsequently confirm or modify them according to its needs.


Upon receipt of the Products, the recipient must check that the Products correspond, including in quantity, to those ordered. In the event of non-conformity between the delivered Products and those ordered, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal.


Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the goods, or on the weight/volume ratio, and the place of delivery of the Products, according to the agreements made with the courier in charge of delivery. These costs are clearly indicated to the Customer both during the purchase of the Products and in the subsequent confirmation messages.


Upon arrival of the goods, Customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing for delivery. Packages are carefully packed. If, for any reason, the package appears tampered with, Customers are requested to sign with reservation or to refuse delivery. If delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are requested to contact the courier immediately.


Shoe Manufacture Srl shall not be held responsible for shortages, theft or damage to shipments or their contents if the package was accepted without reservation. If, for any reason, the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer, the package may be returned to the sender. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer. Shipments are insured, but this coverage expires upon delivery.


For non-EU countries, administrative customs duties may apply entirely at the expense of the recipient and may vary at the discretion of customs authorities. These fees are not managed by Shoe Manufacture Srl and will be invoiced directly by the Customs Authorities of the destination country.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

🔄 Detailed Return Guide

Online Request: Access the MY ACCOUNT section within 14 days of delivery to activate the request.

Use of the Label: We will send you the official return label. Prepare the package by placing the shoes in their intact original box and stick the label on the outside of the shipping box.

Refund: Hand the package over to the courier according to the instructions received. Once the goods return to our warehouse and the conformity of the product is verified, we will proceed with issuing the refund.
Please note: The cost of the item will be refunded, but not the shipping costs originally incurred for the order.

⚠️ ATTENTION

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to make a return request. The return is your right and will always be accepted if you follow the steps below.

  • It is NOT possible to exchange goods for different sizes and/or models. Therefore, if you want to exchange for the same item in a different size or color, or for a different item, please make a return and then place a new order.
  • Our return procedure exclusively allows for the refund of returned items.
  • Only one return request can be made per order.
  • Shipping costs related to sending the return are at our expense only if the return is made according to the procedures below.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

You can manage your return request directly from the MY ACCOUNT section of the MRP Star website by logging in. If you do not remember your login credentials, you can request them again.


If you made a purchase without registering, you can still request your return from the REQUEST A RETURN of the MRP Star website. Enter the required data and follow the instructions.

  • Enter the MY ACCOUNT and click the "REQUEST RETURN" next to the order you placed.
    (Please note: usually the "REQUEST RETURN" appears after 3 days following the order and automatically disappears upon expiry of the 14 days provided to make a return).
  • Select the items you want to return and complete the procedure.

After confirming your return request, you will receive an automatic confirmation EMAIL containing the DHL label with the BARCODE to be attached to the outside of the package.
CONTACT the DHL courier indicated in the email to book a pickup or go to the nearest DHL Point.


Upon verification of the integrity of the product (as per the General Terms and Conditions of Contract), the cost of the item(s) will be refunded, while the shipping costs incurred for the order will be retained by MRP Star.

REFUND TIMEFRAMES

MRP Star usually accepts your return within 15 business days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. After acceptance and verification of the goods, we will immediately process your refund.
The refund will be visible within 10 days of our disposition.
